The Gründerzeit-style building, constructed at the turn of the century, underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and was transformed into a high-quality residential development comprising a total of 28 modern flats.

Thanks to the complete refurbishment of the building’s structure, contemporary and well-thought-out layout solutions, and attractive outdoor spaces such as gardens, balconies and terraces, the residential building has been upgraded to be both sustainable and comfortable.
