Over the past few weeks, we have done everything we can to ensure that you can still get to know your dream property — just from the comfort of your own home.
Take a virtual tour, round the clock
On our website, you’ll find a virtual 360-degree tour for every residential property, allowing you to explore your dream home whenever you like, regardless of the day or time. You can walk from room to room, look out of the window and take measurements — as often as you like. Our estate agents will also be happy to guide you through these online viewings over the phone, so that no questions remain unanswered.
Remote viewing with your estate agent
We also offer remote viewings via WhatsApp, FaceTime or Duo. During these, one of our estate agents will take you on a virtual tour of your chosen property via video call, giving you the chance to view it and ask any questions you may have straight away — even those that usually only come to mind once you’re there: How noisy is the street? What’s the light like in the afternoon? What’s behind that door? So it’s almost exactly the same as it usually is.
Contract and processing from home
You won’t have to miss out on signing contracts or other services either; even these can be sorted out very easily from home: documents are sent digitally, meetings with contract draughters take place via video call, and signatures can be arranged. So you needn’t worry about this: we’re perfectly equipped to handle it from a technical point of view.
